DESCRIPTION
Take the lead on one Transformation project or program ie. :
•Framing the initiative with key business and IT stakeholders wrt strategic objectives of the company
•Setting-up the initiative to achieve successful delivery supported by strong governance and adequate monitoring
•Leading and actively delivering the initiative, providing recommendations, looking for alternative solution, keeping the pace and dynamic of the team
•Monitoring and reporting on a timely manner to secure on time, on budget, on scope and on quality delivery, risk management and methodology & quality standards
•Throughout the program supporting an effective project team focused on processes simplification, customer experience and digitalisation opportunities
•Fostering and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to manage expectations, anticipate risk and deliver successfully the outcome of the program"
SKILLS
"•Several years’ experience in program management and experience with Agile methodology
•Proven experience in the insurancebusiness (products, process, business solutions)
•Experience in process management and reengineering
•Fully autonomous with strong drive
•Result oriented and problem solving
•Analytical skills together with holistic vision
•Drive for simplicity and simplification of complex concept
•Influencing, facilitation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
•Stimulated by changing environment and comfortable when dealing with pressure
•Demonstrating collaboration and team work"
"•Master’s degree
•Program management certified
•Master either French or Dutch, good knowledge of the other language, and good English skills (incl. writing)"
