Functional Analyst (Airlines - Ostend) - Freelance

For a customer in Brussels in the Aviation Sector, I am searching for a freelance Functional Analyst to aid with their operation expansion.

You will serve as a critical link between technology and business operations, collaborating with various stakeholders, such as airline management, airport authorities, and technology teams, to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.

They are planning on building a customer portal, and need a Functional Analyst to aid with the necessary development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Business Analyst
  • Control and validate functional designs developed by their IT or IT partners to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Create comprehensive documentation of business processes, user manuals, and training materials to support users during and after implementation.
  • Collaborate with the project team to provide support in data migration activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data transferred to the new solution

    • Qualifications:

    • 3+ years’ experience as a Functional Analyst
    • English speaking

    START DATE: ASAP

    DURATION: 12 Months

    CONTRACT: Freelance

    LOCATION: Brussels (2 days on site)

    ONSITE POLICY: Flexible

    HOURS PER WEEK: 40
