THE SCOPE

Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for aGame Compliance Officer to join its Games team.

YOUR ROLE

• Read and understand the constraints and needs of local laws linked to our operations (regulation) as well as licenses (regulatory monitoring)
• Interpret the legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the laboratories’ requests, to translate them into technical tasks to adapt the games or game features accordingly (project management, change management)
• Coordinate with the relevant product delivery managers to ensure that any modification is issued within the legal/regulatory timeframe, and that the correct change management process is applied.
• Prepare the administrative folders for any game submission to the laboratories for the game certification projects.
• Be the point of contact between our teams, the audit/certification laboratories and other regulation organizations (sharing information and constraints)
• Inspect, validate, and classify the compliance documents emitted by the laboratories and other regulation organizations.
• Ensure good communication and collaboration with other departments to which reliable game compliance information is to be provided or made accessible.
• Advise and guide the GAMING1 teams when carrying out audits, obtaining licenses and maintaining compliance generally, on our games and game features, or game activity.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You own a Master degree in IT, Scientific or Mathematical field ;
• You ideally have prior experience in the field of law and regulation interpretation and implementation;
• You are IT passionated;
• You are quality oriented;
• You have very good knowledge of English;
• You are an excellent communicator;
• You are project-oriented;
• You are thorough, able to respect deadlines and can work independently.
