General Manager Digital Solutions

GC Corporation was founded in 1921 in Japan and has developed itself into one of the most prominent companies in the development, production and distribution of a very wide range of dental products. Since 1972 GC Europe NV, our European Headquarter is located at the Researchpark Haasrode in Leuven. GC Europe NV supports and leads our different sales offices and dealers. Our warehouse spreads our products to Europe and the Middle East. Next to this we produce some leading products for dental technicians.

We are currently looking for a:

General Manager Digital Solutions

What is your mission?

• Mainly being responsible for the maintenance and implementation of the Global Enterprise Applications mentioned below:
  • Salesforce Customer Relationship Management
  • Document Management System, like MasterControl
  • Quality Management Systems
  • Human Resource Information Systems
  • Global KPI Reporting and development
• Business alignment to select the right tool and do the implementation as the business requires
• Act as a liaison with Enterprise Applications providers / partners
• Based on the business requirements, ensure all projects have a positive ROI (cost versus benefits balance)
• Participate in the design, build, configuration and integration efforts of Enterprise Applications and the Application selection, implementation/rollout projects worldwide
• Provide oversight to IT operations and initiatives in Europe
• Strengthen and build up a reliable team to face new challenges
• Represent Digital Solutions across multiple functions and groups
• Work both individually and in cooperation with global areas to create Digital Solutions budget for Europe and manage operations against that budget

Requirements:

• Computer/Information Scientist, but also experience in project management (for example ERP)
• 7-10 years of experience in mid-size, ideally international company
• Profound knowledge and experience of
  • Enterprise Application systems
    • Salesforce Customer Relationship Management
    • Document Management System, like MasterControl
    • Quality Management Systems
    • Human Resource Information Systems
• Experience with medical devices company implementations, i.e. Computer System Validation / ISO 13485 procedure
• Experience with Enterprise Application selection, implementation / rollout projects worldwide
• Experience with creation of Business Process Documentation, functional and technical specifications
• Experience with a design, build and implementation phase
• Willing to travel in Europe
• Profound knowledge of and able to communicate in the English language
