I am partnering with a rapidly expanding, commercial-stage biopharmaceutical manufacturing business that is continuing to make positive waves in the advanced therapy space in both Europe and North America.

Working closely with global senior leadership, we are now starting to help pipeline for succession planning over the respective site based leadership hires in each country, over the coming months.

These Hires Will Be Focused On The Following Areas

  • General Managers
  • Senior Operations
  • Senior MSAT (Manufacturing Science & Technology)
  • Senior Technical

Experience Of Interest

  • Leadership experience is essential for all positions – with a track record of managing both directly and indirectly
  • General Manager and Senior Operations hires – knowledge and experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement is highly desirable and an understanding of biological / advanced therapy manufacturing is a strong advantage
  • Senior MSAT & Technical hires - experience in the cell and gene field would be preferred
