  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Min. 3 years’ experience
  • English : fluent
  • Excel : operational
  • SAP: FI module
  • Rigor, proactivity, involvement, analytical mind, communication
  • Teamspirit, teamwork with Finance and other departments
  • Results and deadline oriented


6 months consultancy/freelance contract, possibly extendable


Our client is active in the transport sector, mainly rail


Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Analysis and follow-up of purchases, reminders in collaboration with AP Shared Services Center
  • Analysis and follow-up of purchases invoices approval process in relation with other operational and

sourcing departments

  • Control of invoicing requests from operational departments, invoices editing, sending and archiving

of sales documents

  • Analysis and follow-up of reconciliations, analytical review: provisions accounts, deferred charges

and other balance sheet accounts

  • Analysis of general accounts in support of closing, internal and external reporting
  • Bank statements bookings preparation and treasury reconciliations
  • Monthly AR, AP, treasury reporting
  • Support for internal and external audits (SAP reports, accounting documents, reconciliations)
  • Support for Belgian declarations preparation (Intrastat, VAT, statistics)
  • Other supports to Finance team
