Are you ready to embark on an adventurous journey and explore the world of HEINEKEN? We are excited to announce the launch of our Global Graduate Program – designed to fast track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the world’s most renowned brands.

About the Program:

Our Global Graduate Program is a three-year path which consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within your chosen area: Supply Chain, Digital & Technology, Commerce, Finance, Procurement, or People. After the rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to spend the next 18-months working in a role within your home operating company at Alken-Maes.

• Rotation 1: Set off in the HEINEKEN operating company of application in Belgium (Mechelen). Here, you’ll gain a solid foundation in your specific function and an understanding of our operations, strategy, and culture.
• Rotation 2: Continue in Belgium (Mechelen) of application with a cross-functional assignment, widening your perspective and understanding of different business areas and how they interconnect.
• Rotation 3: Broaden your horizons with an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.
• Landing Role: Now you’ve got all the tools, it’s time for you to apply what you’ve learnt in a management position within your country of application in Belgium. Every day will bring a chance to continue with your growth and development.

About Commerce

Our commercial department exist of 3 departments: OOH, Off trade and Marketing. The Commercial Graduate Program at Heineken is designed to develop the next generation of business leaders by providing a broad exposure to various commercial functions. Graduates will have the opportunity to rotate through departments within Trade Marketing, sales or Marketing. The program is structured to offer hands-on experience across key commercial areas, allowing trainees to contribute to high-impact projects and gain a comprehensive understanding of Heineken’s market strategies.

Criteria & Conditions

• Education: A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
• Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required! But we are looking specifically for new graduates. That’s a maximum of 1-year post-graduation.
• Languages: English language is essential, in addition Dutch or French.
• Work Rights: The right to work in the country of your program is essential.
• Travel Flexibility: Global exploration can’t happen from home! We require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.

Upon successfully completing the program, you will have the opportunity to transition into a management role in either your home country or one of our global Operating Companies.
