YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
As the Go-to-Market (G2M) Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth by developing and implementing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, plans, and tactics. You will collaborate cross-functionally with communications team, digital marketing team, product development, and other teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing promotion of our products.
In details, you will oversee:
Strategy development
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth cross segment, for different products and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the data & insights team to perform market research to identify target customer segments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends for consumers, merchant, and businesses.
  • Development of customer journey based on insight received from the data, digital, communication & product team
  • Identify the most effective channels to reach our target audience & Integrate segmentation and data insights into go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with Digital team
  • Gather input on the communication plan, content marketing from our communication team
  • Gather input on value proposition, product roadmap and innovations from Product & Platform team.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to understand market dynamics and ensure alignment of go-to-market plans with sales strategies.
Planning & execution
  • Create detailed go-to-market plans outlining key objectives, milestones, and timelines.
  • Lead the execution of go-to-market initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs), to track the progress and success of initiatives.
Leadership & team management:
  • Lead & motivate the Go-To-Market team (3 persons) to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure project are delivered on tine within scope & budget.
WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
  • You have at least 5/6 years of professional experience within the go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or related roles, preferable in the B2B or B2C sector.
  • You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • The following skills will be looked after:
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and tactics.
  • Team Management (you will manage a team of 3 Go-To-Market)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand and digest Business needs, translating those into marketing actions.
  • Ability to conceive scenarios and life cycles, develop and elaborate strategy around the various stages acquisition, conversion, retention & loyalty.
  • Ability to interact with a variety of profiles (technical, sales, marketing…)
Languages required: French and/or Dutch (fluent) + English (very good level)
