THE SCOPE

Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Graphic Designer Team Leader to join its Marketing Design team.

Within the Marketing department, the Graphic Designer Team Leader is a link between the manager and the production team. Experienced in team management, they are in charge of the daily organization of work and must ensure that everything is done following the quality standards. Thanks to their listening skills, they are also the point of contact for members of their team and provide solutions to any problem or question.

YOUR ROLE

• Receive design requests for their team.
• Organize and plan work for team members.
• Ensure production and guarantee that deadlines and quality standards are respected.
• Support the team from an operational and organizational point of view.
• Define a collaborative framework and provide technical solutions to the team.
• Be available and attentive to their team.
• Be the link between the manager and the production team.
• Prioritize requests from different services depending on how urgent they are and their deadlines.
• Define the annual objectives in collaboration with the team’s manager.
• Take part in annual evaluations of the members of their team.
• Relay essential information about the team’s proper functioning to the manager.
• Take charge of the production of graphic assets.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
• You have at least 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader and at least 6 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Organized and rigorous, you are able to juggle projects and manage unexpected events.
• You have perfect command of Graphic Designer skills and techniques (Adobe Suite, After Effects, etc.).
• You have good knowledge of English (B2/C1).
• Creative at heart with a good dose of self-discipline, you are willing to adapt to the context and you put yourself in the final user’s shoes.
• Team player who can listen to team members, your dynamism is communicative, and you keep up good team spirit.
