Job Description
The Group Brand Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director, will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Supported by your team of Brand Managers you will be responsible for developing annual and 3-year brand plans and align this with internal key
- Based on consumer insight and markets trends you will define the brand ambition and translate into actionable plans
- Your proven project management skills help you and your team to execute
- You align timings with stakeholders, anticipate on bottlenecks and have advanced communication skills to make things happen.
- Together with your team of BM and JBM you take full ownership of the portfolio of brands
- You have the ownership of the P&L and work with sales and finance to optimize the financial results of the brand
- You are fully accountable of the A&P budget: allocation, tracking, monitoring, ROI
- You monitor and assess the full brand performance
- Leading and developing a team of Brand Managers, Junior Brand Managers and Brand Ambassadors
- Setting goal and objectives
- Managing/coaching and guiding/preparing a personal development plan
The Successful Applicant
- Level of education: University or Master
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a multinational operating in FMCG with solid experience across the full marketing mix: ATL, BTL, P&L management.
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience
- Working within a Benelux scope is a plus
- Entrepreneurship

- Solid analytical skills
- Convivial
- Language: French, English and Dutch are a must
