Become the Head of Controlling for a growing company in the automotive industry that employs over 500 employees across various locations in Benelux and France. Thanks to increasing profits, this company needs someone to manage the controlling team in their Belgian office located in Ninove.
Your Tasks as Head of Controlling
- Be a trusted partner to the CFO and manage business strategies.
- Manage the whole controlling process and analyze business performances.
- Lead the consolidation of the different entities which includes budgets, forecasts and monthly closings.
- Based on the analysis of the full P&L, set and monitor KPIs and come up with action plans to improve profitability.
- Ensure smooth communication between finance and business management.
- Collaborate with different departments on ad-hoc projects.
Your Profile as Head of Controlling
- Master’s degree in Economics, Management Sciences or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Controlling. A first experience in Management is highly desirable.
- You speak French and Dutch. English is a strong asset.
