About The Role

Your Impact as ‘Head of Industrial Projects’:
  • Global coordination and governess of the different (both global, regional and local) industrial projects (big range).
  • Become the partner of the Business Units in the capex process.
  • Set up, build, and manage a worldwide industrial projects team.
  • Set standards for managing the industrial projects and provide tools & procedures to do so.
  • Deploy the management decisions taken in the different governance structures (Open Management Team – portfolio boards – Business Unit leadership meetings).
  • Challenging the concepts and technical solutions of the design team.
About You

Essential skills & competences
  • Master’s degree.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • 10+ years of experience in a management role in a technical, industrial/ operational environment.
  • Global exposure.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Innovative & entrepreneurial mindset.
  • The ability to inspire a team.
  • The ability to manage different stakeholders.
  • Fluently in English (additional languages are a bonus).
