A company active in the Banking sector is currently looking to hire a Head of Treasury & ALM to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience in finance and in treasury, you will be the perfect addition to the company.

Your main responsibilities as the new Head of Treasury & ALM will include:

  • Managing of IRRBB: Identification, measurement and management of on- and off-balance sheet interest risk exposure
  • Identifying hedging strategies
  • Supporting development of required IRRBB modelling tools
  • Structuring the bank’s RBMS securitisation transaction and organise the operational follow-up for the latter
  • Performing feasibility studies for the various forms of potential wholesale funding
  • Marketing FX hedging activity
  • Maintaining liquidity asset buffer
  • Performing product pricing
  • Establishing treasury systems infrastructures

Your profile:

  • You have a Master’s in Economics, Sciences or Engineering
  • You have a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in asset and liability management
  • You have experience in dealing with senior management and regulators
  • You are fluent in English and French or Dutch
