For our HR Belgiumdivision, we are looking for a "HR Administration Intern” who works for the country of Belgium, based in Uccle, Belgium.
Your meaningful purpose
Assist the HR administration and payroll department in providing the best HR services to our employees from hire to retire by following up on our administrative processes.
Your Daily Task And Responsibilities
- Prepare the files of newcomers (ask all required documents, classify them, prepare contracts as per information received from involved stakeholders).
- Manage temp-workers administration in collaboration with our temp-worker agency.
- Update personal data in our HR Information system when needed (address change, name change, information to be communicated to insurances).
- Prepare hard copy files for scanning.
- Monitor employee check-in and correct system when needed (employee forgot to check in at the machine, machine not recording appropriate check-in time).
- Handle post mail for the HR department (dispatch and answer the ones you can)
Your Education And Experience
- Currently studying business administration, with a strong interest in HR.
- Ability to work in French and Dutch. English is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- You are organized.
- You pay attention to details.
- You care for people.
- You are interested in payroll and administrative processes.
- A real team player but also capable of operating independently.
