Description


The HRCO Division comprises Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Corporate Responsibility. The HRCO team supports the delivery of Euroclear’s People Strategy.

As a partner to the business, HRCO services include providing expertise and support on compensation and benefits, HR legal and social relations, talent acquisition and development, diversity & inclusion, HR operations and helpdesk support, HR analytics, culture, corporate communications, media relations and ESG.


We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our international HR Business Partner – HR Advisor team.

This is a key role for a HR professional who can support our internal clients, divisions, people managers and employees. You will join a team who runs on collaboration, agility, dedicated client mindset, adaptability, creativity and continuous learning.

This new colleague will be our dedicated HR client service team member providing a high qualitative service to people managers and employees.

The HR Advisor team is working in close collaboration with the team of HR Business Partners and HRCO Centers of Excellence. You will be part of the HR Advisor team.



Your part of the deal

You will deliver the dedicated support to our people managers and employees working in your respective client portfolio/division(s) and located in Belgium.

You will manage a broad variety of topics, you will be in daily contact with different stakeholders and you will look to provide our people services or tailor made solutions. More precisely, you will:

  • support people managers and employees to correctly understand and apply the HR policies (e.g. employment regulations, special working schedules, my job, my compensation etc);
  • guide people managers about HR processes such as the team reorganization, the internal job mobility, the performance management, the absenteeism, the talent management etc;
  • handle in a timely manner the employees’ questions and requests escalated by the HRCO Services team because of high complexity or sensitivity;
  • contribute actively to the roll out of HR projects in collaboration with other HRCO teams;
  • support your Divisions with the implementation of their business or HRCO projects and
  • support your HR Business Partner in specific business circumstances.
You will work in close collaboration with:
  • the HR Business Partners,
  • the HR Centers of Expertise (such as Group HR Legal & Employee Relations, Global Talent and Culture, Employee Experience team, Performance, Reward and Benefits team, ESG),
  • the HRCO Services team delivering a day-to-day HR services (e.g.: Career advisors, the Recruiters, HR Payroll etc),
  • the business line management in your Divisions at different levels in the management hierarchy;
  • the team of nurses and the prevention services team.

When needed for specific business or employee context, you will also be in contact with employee representatives. You will be encouraged to seek opportunities to streamline processes and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications


Knowledge and experience

  • You have a proven experience of 5- 8 years in HR Generalist or HR Advisor role
  • You have a good knowledge about a diversity of HR domains, HR procedures and guidelines (e.g.: recruitment, talent management, learning & development, social law, compensation and reward, diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, disability, etc).
  • You have experience in managing complex situations as coach, facilitator or negotiator.
  • You have experience in working with different stakeholders in the company;
  • You can deal with change management, with ambiguity and uncertainty at your personal level and at business level;
  • A proven experience within Agile framework and international HR projects is a strong asset;
  • A good transversal knowledge of the financial business is an asset
  • You have excellent command of English as well as Dutch and/or French.
