We are looking for a talented HR advisor TUI Airline eager to take on a broad set of HR projects and responsibilities.


What you will be doing

  • As member of the HR WR team you act as the first point of contact for all group Business Partners focused on the BeNe administrative and contractual topics and questions.
  • Liaise between the HR BP and HR People Services BeNe following up on day to day HR topics for our WR employees.
  • Liase with Social Legal team to insure correct legal interpretation and drafting of contractual documents. Strive to, at any moment, have accurate documents by continuously updating administration with latest legal aspects
  • Support BeNe leaders with specific HR BENE administrative and contractual related topics and questions
  • Collaborate with Recruitment to achieve our goal of bringing in new talent for the WR organization
  • Prepare and add content for HR topics to newsletters, webinars and all hands meetings
  • Support HR BP / lead on working through salary proposals, benchmarking for WR TUI Airline colleagues.
  • Support HR BP with preparing presentations and content for local and group work council


What we are looking for

  • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with good communication skills
  • Open minded, inquisitive, life-long learner
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, highly autonomous
  • Base knowledge of general HR and Social legal topics and ways of working within TUI Airline
  • Good knowledge of English and Dutch
  • Eager to take on new challenges and learning new skills
  • Feels comfortable working with colleagues across the TUI Group
