The company is working with well-known international brands in the sector and currently employs more than 600 employees.

Job Description

  • You act as strategic link between the management and employees
  • You create, develop and optimize HR processes and procedures
  • You manage talent acquisition programs and ensure a professional recruitment & selection process (white and blue collars)
  • You support the local management team by collecting and analyzing HR metrics and KPI’s and implement ad-hoc action plans
  • You manage and participate to transversal HR projects covering onboarding programs, learning & development activities, compensation & benefits, employee experience, employer branding...
  • You act a trusted advisor for employees and business leaders for HR related question
  • You maintain a constructive relationship with unions and social partners
  • You provide overall best-in-class HR services to employees during their whole journey

The Successful Applicant

  • You have more than 5 years of experience in a generalist HR position
  • You have experience working in an industrial environment (manufacturing or production site)
  • You have a good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • You are used to manage social relations matters
  • You have proven ability to manage change, influence and coach employees and business leaders
  • You enjoy delivering input and best practices in a variety of HR domains covering soft and hard HR topics
