As People & Culture Business Partner for Supply Chain & Customer Service, you passionately collaborate with the Senior Business Partners at our three production sites in Wilrijk, Gent, and Chaudfontaine. Together, you implement strategies to attract, manage, develop, and retain employees, helping the organization achieve its business goals now and in the future.

What You Will Be Doing

You manage our Wellbeing platform, organize and communicate wellbeing activities, monitor attendance, and initiate reintegration actions. You also support our internal Well Being First Aiders network.

Across our different production sites, you handle onboarding for new colleagues.

In addition, you’re responsible for various projects and act as a consultant on organizational development, team effectiveness, and sustainable employability. You provide advice and support to the management team on career planning, individual development, performance management, and succession planning (processes). For Learning & Development, you analyze needs, ensure proper coordination, and handle reporting.

And last but not least, part of your role will also include;

• representation of People & Culture in different meetings on the different sites
• collecting & analyzing data via our different platforms & propose actions to reach our P&C targets.
• assist and guide the management in case of employee relations cases, such as performance issues, separations and long term absence
• coordination of job evaluation process blue and baremic employees
  
  

Your profile

You have obtained a higher degree and possess HR experience, ideally in an industrial environment. Your strong organizational skills are complemented by your flexibility. With a hands-on approach, you feel at ease in an industrial setting.

You’re a good communicator, adapting your style to your stakeholders. You also have experience and/or a strong interest in wellbeing and attendance management.

In addition, you

• speak Dutch, English and French
• want to play a significant and positive role in effective collaboration with other HR functions and HR BP’s
• effectively collaborate with individuals at different organisational levels
• are willing to travel weekly to our various production sites in Wilrijk, Chaudfontaine, and Gent, as well as our Head Office in Brussels.
