Responsibilities:
The HR Intern is part of the 2-year Kemin Graduate Development Program. Where you the HR Internwill become part of the EMENA HR Team. We as an organization will provide you the opportunity to gain expertise and development both in the fields of Soft HR and Hard HR. As HR Intern you will be working in a rotation program with the best regional and global experts in HR. You will have a variety of HR fields to discover during the two years such as:
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Employer Branding
  • Employee Experience
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • HR Policies
  • HR Projects
  • Learning & Development
During this internship you the HR Intern will have the possibility to visit our sites in Italy. Part of the program in the second year is to provide support with coordinating the annual EMENA Leadership Summit for people managersin collaboration with regional HR Business Partners and HR managers.

Qualifications:
Who are you?
A person driven by and for people. A young graduate who wants to learn as much as he/she can to become a future HR professional - and recognizes him/herself in the below points.
  • A final year Bachelor or Master student in Human Resources, Psychology or Economic Social Sciences
  • You think pro-actively
  • Result oriented with a great eye for detail
  • Hands-on, eager to learn and a true team player
  • Capable to adapt easily in a fast-changing environment
  • Familiar with MS Office and social media
  • Fluent in English and you speak at least on other language
