About Our Client
Our customer is active in the Transport industry.
Job Description
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- You translate the strategic vision into concrete HR goals and you are in charge of the implementation of HR Projects
- You support employees throughout the whole employee life-cycle: recruitment, on-boarding, development, compensation benefits, talent management, exit processes
- You coach and advise managers in their daily leadership role
- You are the go to person for all HR topics within your scope and regularly liaise with other HR colleagues/teams at local and international level.
- You are a real Business Partner and make sure people get the necessary resources and tools to be successful and fulfilled in their job
- You act as a sounding board for business leaders when it comes to the HR strategy and policies (Employer branding, Recruitment, well-being, Talent Management) and report to the Managing Director.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
- You have more than 6 years of experience as HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role in an international environment
- You speak English fluently and ideally have a good command of Dutch
- You show a good knowledge of HR principles in a wide spectrum: compensation & benefits, Talent Management, Performance management, employee relations, Leadership coaching, bonuses/benefits programs, Diversity & Inclusion.
- You can act with diplomacy and possess the necessary drive and communication skills to enable change in a company
- You know how to convince people thanks to your pragmatic approach and influencing skills
- You can develop strong trustworthy relationships at all levels and effectively manage key stakeholders
- You are well organized and can work and manage your priorities autonomously
