Our client is a company based in Verviers and operating in the pharmaceutical sector.
Facing a period of intense activity and looking at multiple changes within the company, they maintain a human vision while improving and adapting.

In order to support their HR processes, the company is currently looking for a:
HR Manager / HR Business Partner ad interim (H/F/X)

Full time or part-time (at least 2-3 days a week) and for 1 month with a transition period afterward.

Lead HR processes
The HR BP/ HR Manager will have the responsibility to drive consistency with regard to human resources practices across the site.

Coordinate Talent Acquisition and meet with the challenging ongoing needs and recruitment targets ;
Provide business support on all HR-related topics to the site & leadership team. Key areas of expertise: Coaching, Facilitation, Employee Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Assessment and Recommendations regarding policy and practice ;
Work with managers to develop and understand staffing requirements and human resources plans ;
Will independently manage the most senior level projects or problems involving HR ;
Provides coaching to managers and supervisors regarding performance, discipline, and other related matters ;
Is experienced in dealing with employee relations issues and investigations and provides guidance to other team members ;
Develops and delivers training in key areas of HR responsibility including, but not limited to anti-harassment training, interview training, and supervisory training ;
Perform other duties as assigned ;
In collaboration with Site head, defines collective bargaining agreements ;
Drives pay optimization with the agreement of Corporate Comp& Ben.
Vos talents
Agile, human and results-driven HR leader
You hold a Bachelor or a Master Degree and 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
You speak French and are fluent in English.

Have strong verbal and written communication skills, and have strong attention to detail and analytical skills ;
Capable of advanced decision making, consistent application to make solid decisions based on data gathering;
Able to conduct complex investigations, assess and recommend employee development plan;
Team player with exceptional customer service skills, integrity and ability to interact with all levels of personnel
Have a good command of the Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Have a strong knowledge of HRIS and Recruitment Software in a high volume setting.
