HR Manager
Your Job
- You analyse trends in compensation and benefits, research, and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent
- You enhance the organisation’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
- You maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- You give proactive and expert advice in terms of all HR issues for management, executives and employees
- You are an adviser and mediator in personnel-related issues for employees, executives and management
HR
- You liaise with the Global and the Regional HR to ensure the company objectives are aligned and fully implemented on a local level
- You coordinate and assist in the recruitment process. From recruitment to onboarding, you will be the common thread
- You are responsible for the roll out of company development programs, you will be supporting induction and training, and employee opportunities for professional development
- You manage the succession planning of staff in collaboration with the managers
- You implement and maintain employee’s benefits programs
- You ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organisation on HR topics
- You oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- You steer the “secretariat social/social secretariaat” and ensures the link with finance department
Your Profile
- Trilingual French, Flemish and English
- Degree in social sciences or business administration with an emphasis on Human Resources management (others are not excluded)
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role
- +5 years of experience in an operational role in HR
- Previous experience in the consulting/services industry is a plus
- MS Office skills
- You like to work in a team and collaborate with others. You care about your colleagues and their opertional issues. Sensitivity and interest in change management; you are teamwork minded
- Flexibility, adaptability and ability to influence and motivate others
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, trustworthiness, intercultural / diversity
- Problem solving skills, independent way of working, initiative, service orientation and client centricity, enthusiasm
