工作内容
For one of our customers who is a major company operating in the wholesale of electrical and electrotechnical equipment We are looking for an HR manager.
As Human Resources Manager, you are the point of contact for employees and management on all HR concerns in your area (Nord-West of Belgium)
We are looking for a RH Manager in charge of the management, the support and Rollout of all HR projects in the different area of the company.
As a field person, you provide an effective performance management process and support for all employees life cycle and for the middle management.
Profil:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in a generalist HR function is required
- Good knowledge of social legislation and HRM
- Good speaker in Dutch, French and English
- Business partner and team player
- Good social skills
- Pragmatic, no nonsense & straight forward mentality
- Solution- and results-oriented Independent and proactive
