About Our Client

Our customer is an international company having its Belgian office located near Zaventem.

Job Description

As HR Officer, you will be responsible for the following:

  • You act as main point of contact for HR related topics for employees based in Belgium and The Netherlands
  • You are in charge of HR operations within your scope: recruitment & selection, on/off boarding, payroll and benefits administration, personnel administration, team building activities, fleet management
  • You support employees and managers throughout the employee life cycle and make sure they get the necessary tools to be successful and fulfilled in their job
  • You lead talent and performance management activities (evaluation, training needs, succession planning…)
  • You develop and implement HR policies and procedures making sure they follow the evolution of local legislation and regulations

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
  • You have more than 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • You have a good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation, the knowledge of the Dutch legislation is considered as real asset
  • You can manage your work and priorities autonomously
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (both oral and written) and ideally have a good command of French
  • You enjoy taking initiatives and manage different type of stakeholders in an international environment
