At Shayp, we designed a non-invasive and Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) driven solution to detect water leaks for professionals. We address a large range of customers such as cities, real estate companies, institutions and insurance companies.

What is it to be a Human Resources intern at Shayp?
100% hand-on experience, closely accompanied by our Chief Operation Officer and co-founder

Responsibilities:

* You are responsible for all the recruitment process. You collaborate with the managers to hire the best candidates possible : selection, support, administrative follow up, contract signing and preparation of onboardings.
* Working on internal employee evaluation.
* Administrative work : contracts, holidays policy, training plan...
* Working with the sustainability project manager to increase the internal sustainable engagement.
* Creating and organizing the team building/internal events
* Monitor and put concrete actions in place to maximize the internal well being of people
* Time to dedicate to the project/activity of your choice : feeling like doing internal communication or happiness officer? want to implement or test the topic of your master thesis? or even try another field? Tell us more when you apply !

Requirements :

* Graduated or enrolled in a HR/Business Master’s degree
* Experience in HR or Recruitment is a plus
* Autonomous and entrepreneurial mind
* Rapid learning DNA & collaborative mindset
* French and English are mandatory
* You have ideas and are eager to implement them
* Self-motivated and self-directed
* Able to prioritize, and manage time efficiently
