工作内容

As HR Partner you will:

  • Report to the HR Manager and be his "second in command" on all the different HR topics
  • Be in charge of 2 business units and support the management of these business units
  • Be responsible for the operational HR including the administration (documents, contracts)
  • Supervise the payroll for your population (the payroll is done by a colleague)
  • Work on different HR projects: talent development, turnover & retention, performance management
  • Participate to some hard HR projects like the review of the bonus policy (implementation of Warrants for example)
  • Be fully responsible for the recruitment of your business units including the recruitment strategy: partnership with schools and other external partners, attendance to job fairs, management of the ATS, ...
  • Bring modern and creative ideas about the employer branding internal & external

To be successful as HR Partner, you have:

  • A master’s degree in HR, Economics, Law, Business, Psychology
  • A first successful experience in HR of minimum 5 years: HR Generalist, Recruitment, HR Coordinator
  • A good knowledge of the social media and professional network
  • An excellent level of French, English and Dutch
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build trusting relationships
  • Real ’can do’ attitude
  • well-organized and always professional
