SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION

You develop strong relationships with internal customers (hierarchical line, employee, social partners,... ) to understand what lives within the organization in order to meet business expectations. You are the contact person for internal customers (including night and weekend shifts) on HR related issues. You work closely with local HR teams (training, recruitment, payroll, ...) , EMEA and Global as well as external partners (trainers, Forem,...) .

GENERAL TASKS

Security aspect

• Complies with EHS procedures and wears appropriate protective equipment (PPE)

• Immediately signals any potential hazards to his/her hierarchy

• Records equipment during interventions by following procedures

• Keeps its workspace safe, namely:

o Tidying up daily and evolving its 6S work environment

o Ensures the cleanliness of the area, the line after intervention (removal of particles, debris ....) and the equipment on which he works according to the defined frequency (regular cleaning machines ....)

Quality aspect

• Respects the rules of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) such as hygiene, dressing, behavior, ... as well as documentation (GDP)

• Keeps processes under control to avoid quality crises

• Respects procedures (SOP), plans, Bill of Material (BOM), ...

• Document non-conformities according to the existing process

• Maintains its level of continuing education

ESSENTIAL TASKS AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are the central point of contact for all HR topics for the hierarchical line, employees, social partners,... by acting as an HR partner.

• You will guide team leaders in understanding human issues and developing their teams. By being present on the ground (Gemba, third party,... ), you develop strong and qualitative relationships with them.

• You ensure that the factory complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, relevant labor legislation and company policies.

• You implement local HR policies and procedures in alignment with Global. You maintain in-depth knowledge of legal issues and requirements concerning the day-to-day management of employees.

• You are the HR manager’s back-up in terms of social relations.

• You participate in internal and external audits concerning HR points .

• You identify the learning, training and development needs of the organisation and support the effective delivery and evaluation of training in cooperationwith the internal training manager.

• You contribute to the management and improvement of existing HR processes: from integration to departure management, performance and talent management, internal mobility, talent engagement and retention and reporting, ...

• You use HR data and information to monitor engagement levels and identify areas for improvement and use the information to provide the best solutions.

• You are involved in different projects depending on your interests and skills.

• You are in charge of internal HR communication.

• You are a back up of the HR assistant for administrative tasks (contracts, amendments,... ) of the population for which you are responsible.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Training – Certification – Diploma

• Master in HR or Law

2. Experiment

• Number of years of experience in the function and/or equivalent:5-10

• Area(s) of expertise: employment law legislation in a production plant
