For a company located in Mechelen we are looking for an HR Support. You will join their dynamic HR Team and you will support them with their recruitment and their administrative tasks.
  • Recruitment: sourcing candidates online, conducting telephone interviews, screening and contacting candidates, reviewing resumes and credentials for skills, experience, and knowledge...
  • HR administration: entering and updating employee data in our system, following-up on e-mails, tracking COVID measures in 10 European countries, etc.
  • Recruitment administration: uploading CV’s, sending tests, managing job postings, etc.
  • General team support, where needed
  • WAT ZOEKEN WE?
    • First working experience in an HR administrative position is required
    • High level of accuracy and attention to details
    • Clear communication and good time management skills
    • Knowledge of English (Business Proficiency)
    • Good knowledge of MS Office
    • Open to work for a temporary period for a few months
