工作内容

For our office in Brussel & Amsterdam, we are looking for a HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist. Your job is very diverse, but will mainly focus on three areas:

Talent Acquisition and Management

  • Recruitment process management (from A to Z)
  • Campus recruitment
  • Social media and job boards management
  • Onboarding
  • Career development follow-up
  • Support to evaluation process
  • Training organization

HR

  • Payroll administration
  • Reporting
  • SPOC to employees’ requests
  • Organization of teambuilding activities
  • Support to internal process and policy improvement

Communication/ Marketing

  • Internal and external communication
  • Social Media brand communication
  • Support on customers’ events

Qualifications

  • You have a Master’s degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • English, Dutch and Frenchspeaker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
  • You have good presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexible, structured, motivated, problem-solver and people-oriented.
