ABOUT THE TOADI ORDER

We are a Belgian tech scale-up that builds smart and autonomous Personal Robots since 2017 ????. Personal Robots will become ubiquitous, taking over tasks and entertaining you. We make these robots with computer vision and artificial intelligence, and we keep them affordableandsustainable. We enable 3rd party developers and other creative partners to build software applications and hardware tools as add-on to our platform. Currently, we are a crew of more than 65 people and serve clients in Belgium, Germany, France, The Netherlands, and coming to the US early 2022.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Be responsible for the full talent acquisition process: from attraction, to engagement to hiring: job intake with internal stakeholders, creating job ads, active sourcing, coordinating & conducting interviews to making the job offer – you own the whole process;
  • Design and conduct creative search strategies to attract highly skilled candidates in a niche market;
  • Campus recruitment initiatives;
  • Collaborate in employer branding projects;
  • Actively look for new talent acquisition trends and improvements to ensure the best possible talent acquisition life cycle;
  • Work closely with the internal stakeholders to understand the recruiting needs and advise & train them through the talent acquisition process.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Passion for talent acquisition with a clear understanding of today’s talent market and the right way to attract candidates;
  • Experience in software recruitment is a be a big plus;
  • There is no challenge you can’t handle. You are resilient, have a can-do attitude and are a go-getter;
  • You have great communication skills (written & spoken).
