HR Tech & Process Consultant

We are seeking an experienced HR Tech & Process consultant to reinforce our client’s team for a 6-month assignment. This role involves managing and optimizing their talent acquisition & internal mobility technology & processes, in close collaboration with their IT talent team and the talent acquisition organization.

Job description

We are seeking for an HR Tech & Process Consultant for a 6-month assignment to support our prestigious client to reinforce their Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility Technology & Processes team. This role will be based in Anderlecht (+ homeworking) and will start in October.

Responsibilities:

• Technology & Process Management:

  • Oversee CRM Phenom and ATS (SuccessFactors) releases, change requests, and incident resolution.

  • Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation.

  • Assess business needs, draft requests, review changes, and set testing criteria.

  • Communicate and adjust processes or training for operational teams as necessary.

• Stakeholder engagement:

  • Partner with TA teams, IT, and other stakeholders to address current technology and process challenges.

  • Support career site activities, focusing on accessibility and DE&I.

  • Prepare for the Talent Marketplace RFP in collaboration with IT and business teams.

• Operational coordination:

  • Manage Opportunity Marketplace communications and KPIs.

  • Support GDPR and compliance needs, including user access management.

Criteria

Qualifications:

• Technical expertise:

  • Proficient with ATS (SuccessFactors preferred) and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and IT collaboration.
  • Experience in implementing talent acquisition strategies and coordinating recruiting projects globally.

• Interpersonal skills:

  • Ability to develop trustful relationships with stakeholders.
  • Agile, assertive, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
