The idea of sustainability is increasingly spreading to the chemical industry. In this context, Sweco carries out various engineering and construction projects for clients, enabling them to achieve both environmental and economic benefits. The demand for hydrogen knowledge in particular is increasing, as are the associated opportunities. That is why Sweco recently has set up a Hydrogen Team.

Hydrogen will play a an important role in the future to decarbonize our society and achieve the global warming targets dictated by the Paris Agreement. The newly established multidisciplinary Hydrogen Team is part of the Industry Division specifically focusing on Hydrogen projects. Sweco has the capability to tackle a wide range of challenges ranging from the green hydrogen production itself to storage, transport, power, fuels, conversion into other green molecules and the permitting and subsidy applications. Sweco is involved in all stages from the project; initial technology selection, feasibility, FEED, detailed design and can also provide EPCM services.

To reinforce our Hydrogen team we are looking for a motivated experienced HSE Engineer.

Wie zoeken we

  • You are a chemical engineer, with focus on health, safety and environment.
  • You have minimum of 3 years experience with the design of process safety installations.
  • You like to network and you are strongly client oriented both for internal and external clients.
  • You are a team player and able to collaborate and lead in a fast-pace environment. You like to work in a multidisciplinary context.
