Pacific International’s Energy practice has been retained by a market-leading Alternative Energy and Renewables organization, undergoing further international expansion in order to contribute to a positive energy transition. The business has global operations and manufacturing plants, with 10,000 employees across multiple countries.

We are looking for an HR Manager that will support a range of activities in a manufacturing site including implementing Human Resources policies at the business unit level and partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, employee relations, collective agreements, change management and data analysis/ metrics).

The short to midterm goals for this role are:

  • Manage and further develop the relationship between local unions
  • Contribute to long-term vision on talent and talent strategy
  • Be recognised as a supportive member of the wider team
  • Become the go-to person for HR and talent topics
  • Support the change and transformation across the business

Background and skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree linked to Human Resources
  • +5 years experience working in an HR-related role, ideally covering all Generalist areas
  • Experience in change management
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong labour & employee relations management skills
