HR – Life Science Opportunity - Career Progression

You will be involved in:

• You anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization for assigned locations, functions or departments in collaboration with HR team members and functional leaders
• You establish strong professional relationships with assigned Leaders to facilitate management-employee coaching and evaluate workplace problems and construct relevant solutions
• You manage associate disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations for assigned locations, functions or department
• You maintain relevant paperwork and documentation including business contracts, employment verification, work hours and benefits for all assigned functions, locations or departments

Role Requirements:

• You have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• You bring at least 4 years professional experience in Human Resources
• You have a knowledge of local labor legislation, regulations and local benefit programs
• You show excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Visio and experienced in working with a HRIS system
