Operating within a flexible, autonomous and high performing sales team environment, the Hunter Channel Sales Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with our direct and indirect business partners. You will lead engagements, establish ongoing training, drive & maintain channel sales & marketing account plans, to ultimately maximize sales productivity and profitable revenues.
Report in Salesforce Strategic Planning for new initiatives and installed base growth New business enablement
Main responsibilities:
Among the below, hunting new business partners is the main one.
Spend 3 to 4 days a week at our customer’s location.
Have a direct access to local sales & pre-sales people of our partner
Able to address immediate requests about pricing support, level 1 pre-sales topics, business concerns, sales strategy, vertical sales support, contact identification within ALE, etc.
Build up a long-term relationship with our partners on all levels
Animate sales activities at each partner (training, workshops, social, etc.) & follow-up on pipeline review/sync with sales leader or C-Level.
Work in team with our existing team in place.
Be accountable for lead generation on our joint installed base. Bring upstream (ALE) intelligence on key/strategic projects.
Bachelors level education or equivalent experience required.
Confident interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Minimum Sales experience within an ICT environment.
Demonstrated experience working with business sales partners.
Strong entrepreneurship and business acumen combined with a confident understanding of financial concepts and economic analysis techniques when planning and navigating sales opportunities.
Solid accountability for developing and implementing business strategies, whilst contributing to the development of innovative solutions and ideas to drive year on year incremental growth.
Highly identified with the following values: speed and agility, customer centricity and reliability.
Team orientated, collaborative and a long term, committed and energetic approach to challenges is essential.
Belgian native. Speaks fluent Dutch, French and English.
