Job Description

What will you do as an incident, problem and duty manager?
  • You will be part of the TIO Central Operations team covering IT, fixed network and mobile network operations
  • As an incident manager you will ensure incidents are picked by the different support teams according to SLA
  • You are the SPOC for ticket escalations from our business stakeholders
  • You will chase rootcause investigations in reactive and proactive problem management
  • As a duty manager you are part of an on-call rota
  • You will coordinate critical and major outages and are responsible for communication towards the company
  • Organize lessons learned meetings and track improvements
  • Run taskforces to improve critical services
  • Host meetings with different cultures and teams being offshore and onsite
  • As a process owner, together with the process department, you will design and update our operational processes
  • You will ensure the support processes are followed by all stakeholders
  • You take part in operational readiness to ensure new changes or projects fit in our operational processes
What is required for the role?
  • You have an excellent understanding of the mobile network
  • You are fluent in English
  • You can translate technical language in business language
  • You are process minded and have an understanding of ITIL
  • You can handle stress situations
  • Flexibility is a must
  • You are a Teamplayer
  • You are eager to learn
  • Curious by nature: you want to go to the bottom of things
  • Business experience is a plus
  • You understand customer (internal and external) impact
  • You are familiar with multicultural environments
  • You never give up
