Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Information Technology Help Desk role at UC Experts in Antwerp, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves providing network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and excellent customer service to ensure seamless communication solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and Network Security skills
  • Information Technology expertise
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Experience with VoIP communication systems is a plus
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA
