Looking for a temporary Inside Sales Associate position ? We have a job for you !

Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.

We are currently recruiting an Inside Sales Associate for one of our clients, a Belgian Health Care company. You will play an active role in achieving customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction and revenue growth goals. Your main mission is to provide first-class support to their customers and their Business Developers with any sales-related query. Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience plus fringe benefits (lunch vouchers and transportation).

The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :

  • Supporting Sales Managers with the quoting process
  • Order and invoice management
  • Logistics and shipping management
  • Managing all-round aftersales queries
  • All-round ad-hoc and admin tasks

Essential Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Service or Business Development related sales experience
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills with excellent listening skills
  • Curious, eager to learn, detail oriented and autonomous yet team-player
  • Knowledge in international Trade Compliance is a plus
  • Previous experience with an ERP (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and a CRM (Zoho, Hubspot, SalesForce.com, etc.) is a plus
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
