PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Do you thrive building your network and converting leads?
B&C Collection is looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative speaking German.
You would perform outbound calls (+ emails) and source and follow up new sales opportunities among inbound leads. You should be comfortable contacting B2B companies/customers by phone, working within an international Team, generating interest in the Brand, collaborating with our Wholesaler network, searching new customers in new business segments.
To be successful in this role, you should be a natural-born relationship-builder with strong communication & storytelling skills. You will understand your products inside and out. You need to be driven by sales achievement.
The role’s responsibilities:
- Build a meaningful & long-term relationship with key customers to strengthen trust and loyalty.
- Perform outbound calls and emails to book conversions to B&C Collection.
- Identify customer needs and requirements to progress into the conversion funnel.
- Explore accounts in new segments, identify key players in promotional textile, retail brands, workwear: Source new sales opportunities within your leads and follow them up.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and field to book conversion and grow sales.
- Maintain and expand your database of customers & prospects in your assigned territory.
- Perform effective online product presentation to prospects.
Requirements:
- Proven inside sales experience min 3 years.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Strong phone presence and experience.
- Proficient with web presentation tools.
- Experience working with CRM (preferably Salesforce).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in an international, multi-cultural and remote environment.
- German & English for Inside Sales Rep Germany (DACH).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Team player.
