Drive the Quality of the installation deliverable to both internal and external customers.

Demand the highest level of quality of the deliverables presented to Installation so that the on-site installation teams can be as effective and efficient as possible.

Builds and delivers Project Installation Improvement Initiatives to
  • support of efficiency improvement
  • cost reduction and standardization
  • risks mitigations on the projects.
Creates project installation strategies and programs with significant business impact. Recruiting, developing, motivating and managing, highly trained Project Installation professionals to ensure an effective workforce capable of meeting all stated business objectives.

Tasks And Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience of successfully leading a large team of Project Installation & Installation Managers
  • Demonstrated experience of successfully leading and deploying turnaround, transformation and standardization programs.
  • Past successes driving and managing change within a complex international, matrix organization.
  • Experience with International Business.
  • Outstanding team building skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency as well as the ability to break down barriers/silos.
  • Experience with leading multicultural, remote teams across Europe.
  • Experience in analysis of performance metrics and formulation of effective improvement plans, Lean methodology experience is an asset.
  • Experience with manpower planning, budgeting/forecasting, project planning, site management, installation, contract management, materials management and lean/continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Technical experience and knowledge of the material handling industry, supply chain or material handling solutions is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, Masters degree in Business Administration or Engineering is a plus.
