Guerlain is looking for an Intern Assistant to Commercial Team in Brussels for minimum 6 months starting in January 2022.

TITLE : INTERN ASSISTANT TO COMMERCIAL TEAM

Day to day operational commercial support to the Category & Retail Manager.


KEY ACTIVITIES

CATEGORY MANAGEMENT

  • Update weekly and monthly “operational reports” and presentations
  • POS performances per category and e-retail performances
  • Sales Team reports
  • Set up financial target per POS
  • Preparation of commercial meeting presentations

  • Manage and monitor inventory at retailers
  • Work on product return waves
  • Specific distribution by retailer (look, display, exclusive range, etc.)

RETAIL MANAGEMENT

  • Support the commercial team
  • Creation of various analytical reports via Salesforce
  • Update & analyze productivity, SO potential
  • Development of schedules

  • Work with agencies for external presences
  • Management and update of planning
  • Training and administrative follow-up

  • Assist punctually on various missions for the sales team

HIERARCHY

Reports to Category & Retail Manager Guerlain.



Profile

PROFILE

  • Second or third year student in Business Administration
  • First experience in buying, marketing or retail
  • Demonstrated outstanding academic performance and an aptitude for analytics
  • Excel & Power Point expert ismandatory
  • Attraction for figures and analysis
  • Can be multitask, able to meet deadlines & well organized
  • Must be detail oriented and rigorous
  • Can work independently
  • Ability to ‘Think outside the Box’
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Can understand complex matters
  • Fluent in French & English. Good knowledge of Dutch is an asset
