Are you looking for an educational internship within a fast growing business & IT consultancy company? We are looking for a motivated student who wants to be part of our Recruitment academy during the first semester 2021, where you will learn a lot about the different aspects of recruitment, training & development.

What do interns do from our Recruitment Academy at Tobania?
  • You will be deployed as a flying recruiter atone of our Centres of Excellence. You will be recruiting from A to Z (sourcing to interviews) for different types of profiles.
  • In collaboration with some recruiters & HR BP’s of our Centres of Excellence, you will participate in a number of recruitment initiatives, including events, social media actions, ... to increase our inflow of candidates.
What profile are we looking for?

We have a number of essentials in mind. But even more important than the list below, are your desire and drive to go for it together!
  • You are enrolled in an HR related study.
  • You have an affinity with IT and you are fascinated by technological innovation and trends.
  • Communication is ’the way to go’ at HR and you can easily express yourself in NL & ENG. French is a plus.
  • You are ready to put theory into practice and are eager to learn.
