Job description
You are responsible for the distributors and the end users of our products. You are highly motivated and committed to promoting the growth of the Company by maximizing our sales revenue.
Responsibilities
Support the International Sales Manager with the following tasks:
• Develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s position in the market
• Sales trainings for distributors / end users of the distributors (+/- 40% of the time)
• Attend Congresses & visit customers
• Support your distributors in their different events (workshops, customer visits, congresses)
• Collaborating with various internal departments (marketing, customer service) to ensure we fulfill all customer requests
• Identify new potential leads
• Manage day-to-day customer communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new & upcoming projects
• Proactively remain connected to customers and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable customers are engaged on a regular & effective basis
• Monitor the distributor efficiency through several measurements (sales targets achievement, analyse of the distributor website, distributor marketing actions/events, etc)
• Analyse sales vs projections results by preparing sales tracking reports
Qualifications
• At least 5 years’ experience in a commercial function in the field of account management.
• Experience in managing a network of distributors.
• Very good business skills and customer portfolio management skills.
• Ability to train and coach.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Confident, strong personality, stress resistant.
• This role requires perfect fluency in written and spoken English. Other languages are an asset.
• Team player.
• Readiness to spend 25% of your time including inside/outside of Europe.
• Interest and/or experience in the medical field is a plus.
