About the Company

Our client, a spin-off of a famous international French retailer, is seeking an International Customer Success Manager to join their fast-growing team. This role will be a part of a CSM team with experienced coaches to guide you in your daily.

About the job

As an International Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with international clients, KAM or CatMan teams, and local teams to ensure a successful customer experience. You will help them onboard the tool and identify potential business opportunities to pass on towards the Sales colleagues. Your role will be crucial in structuring their understanding of the tool and developing the user experience.

About the ideal candidate

To be successful in this role, you should have a master’s degree in marketing, management, or IT with successful experience in B2B SaaS area. An affinity with new technologies, more specifically SaaS, is a must. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, commercial sense, and mastery of the commercial circuit. French and English language skills are required, and knowledge of the retail sector is an asset.
