What will you do?

• You will be responsible for managing software implementation projects for our international customers.
• Together with your colleagues, you maximize our customer satisfaction.

How will you do that?

• You manage multiple projects (in different stages) at the same time, from start to delivery.
• You can rely on a proven and successful project methodology, an approach that focuses on working with customers and third parties.
• You monitor the project scope, budget and timeframe. You report regularly on the progress of the project.
• You coordinate the project team and support them where necessary. Throughout the process you ensure a smooth communication.

• You are great with organizing and making decisions, while also being flexible enough to cope with unexpected situations.
• You are passionate about ensuring an excellent follow-up of your projects.
• Given the international context, your role does not stop across national borders. You have an international mindset: you are open to travel, are able to work with different cultures and are fluent in English.
• You have a passion for customer experience and a strong ability to balance customer needs and business priorities.
