About the job

As International Sales & Marketing Manager, your role will be to define the Sales strategyand to implement it with the support of the Sales team, and in collaboration with R&D, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, ...

Your responsibilities will include :

• Establishing and implementing a Sales & Marketing strategy that meets the company’s objectives.
• Analysing trends, market developments and the competition, communicating them internally and driving product/application development.
• Monitoring current customers and prospecting projects.
• Leading the Sales and Marketing team.
• Monitoring and organising distribution channels.
• Drawing up the annual sales forecast and managing the marketing budget.
• Working with the Supply Chain and Production to optimise internal efficiency.
• Promoting Meurens Natural’s visibility.

About the ideal candidate

• A scientific academic background (degree in biochemistry, bio-engineering, chemistry, agronomy, …) is essential for this role, and must be complemented by a sales experience in one of the following sectors: food ingredients, biotech, pharma, food production, chemical production, or related industries."
• You enjoy a mix of strategy and operations ;
• You haveleadership skills ;
• You havean entrepreneurial mindset ;
• You arewilling to travel on a regular basis to meet your prospects/clients and attend fairs ;
• You are fluent in French and English.
