Context:

Join our Talent acquisition team as an intern and play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts across various functions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition while contributing to meaningful projects.

Your Job Will Involve:

  • Support Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process in supply chain ensuring we attract top talents to our team. ( 70%)
  • Internship Culture Implementation: Lead intern recruitment and foster a positive internship culture within CCEP, including occasional project involvement.( 20%)
  • Operational and Administrative Support: Provide operational and administrative assistance, including managing the TA mailbox, creating newsletters, and helping with translations (10%)

Who Are You?

  • You speak Dutch and very good knowledge of English.
  • Nice to have : Knowledge of French
  • You are interested in Human Resources, Employer Branding, and Recruitment.
  • You are independent, rigorous, have good planning and organization skills, are a team player, and take initiative and lead when necessary.
  • More importantly, you are eager to learn.
  • We’re open to paid internships (CIP/BIS) as well as non-paid if your convention prohibits it.
