Robert Halfis currently looking for anInvestigator Services Assistant (m/f/x)for a company located inZaventem.

Our client is active in thepharmaceutical sector.

The responsibilities for this function as Investigator Services Assistant are:
  • You analyse data ;
  • You solve problems;
  • You answer questions ;
  • You take orders and provide site education on a study level ;
  • You do research work;
  • You work with diverse software systems ;
  • You are responsible for internal and external communication: placing all calls, answering incoming phone calls, handling emails and communicate sponsor alert, voice alert values (VAV) and any other critical values.
The required qualifications for the position asInvestigator Services Assistant are:
  • You have a very good knowledge of English and German;
  • You have an analytical mindset;
  • You are interested in software systems;
  • You have excellent client and phone service skills ;
  • You are customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude ;
  • You are accurate and eager to learn ;
  • You are able to work in a team environment and independently.
