THE POSITION
  • We are looking for a young, dynamic person to join our team. A Private Equity Analyst with the potential to progress towards an Investment Manager role in the long term.
  • You will support the team in critically evaluating new cases based on strategic, financial and commercial considerations
  • You will perform in-depth market and business analyses
  • You will be involved in managing each stage of the transaction process, including preparation of internal investment files for partners and banks
  • You will follow up on the results of our participations – preparing the reporting

CRITERIA
  • Master’s degree (Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Commercial Sciences) with financial knowledge
  • You are interested in the analysis of models, business plans, and investment cases
  • Ideally, you already have some initial experience in the world of Private Equity, M&A or at a Big-4 firm (EY, PwC, Deloitte or KPMG)
  • Drive, flexibility, sense of initiative, no-nonsense attitude
