We are recruiting an IT Lead, Product Analyst, supporting technology products in the Corporate Business Technology organization. Location: Beerse, Belgium. Your key responsibilities: As Product Analyst you will work at the intersection of business and technology to help identify and shape robust technology solutions that support the J&J Law Department and Legal Contracting space By partnering closely with business and technical product owners, process stakeholders and customers you will build a deep understanding of business objectives and challenges that can be translated into prioritized product enhancements to support strategic goals and initiatives You will use your functional expertise to gather and translate business requirements into user stories, maintain the product backlog, facilitate workshops and rapid prototype new solutions Act as a liaison between the IT product team and the business community, to influence and drive decision making and foster strong business relationships and interactions Qualifications We would love to hear from YOU, if you have: Must haves: to be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related technical field Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience and at least 3 years of experience working as a Product Analyst across multiple projects and business information systems Proficient in English (written and spoken) Experience working in projects utilizing Agile methodology Experience with developing user requirements/user stories for development of software Experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC) Experience with UX/UI, User-Centered Design, Prototyping is preferred Experience with SDLC methodology and validation in support of GxP or SOX applications is preferred Experience with Business Process and Customer Journey Mapping is preferred Are you ready to make an impact?
